In the middle of the university campus there is a little mill stream and I spent several minutes looking at three of these birds feeding. It's not a great picture but I think it is a grey or black-headed wagtail but if anyone thinks differently I'd be happy to hear from you! In the middle of the university campus there is a little mill stream and I spent several minutes looking at three of these birds feeding.
